Clinical Trials

The Lynn Institute is an emerging leader bringing new drugs to the market with its clinical trials program. LHSI has extensive experience in a number of areas: chronic digestive diseases such as heartburn, ulcers and irritable bowel syndrome; cardiovascular diseases and hypertension; disorders such as asthma, lung infections and cystic fibrosis; women's health; urology; rheumatoid and osteoarthritis; sleep disorders such as apnea, insomnia and narcolepsy. LHSI has completed over 300 clinical trials, working with over 200 pharmaceutical companies and CRO's.  At any point in time, the Institute may be involved in as many as 30 clinical trials or more.

The Institute serves a very broad and diverse population of approximately 1 million in the greater Oklahoma City metropolitan area and has a large patient volunteer database. This facilitates the quick start-up, enrollment and matching of patients for studies so trials can get started and completed sooner. We have the following services and capabilities available for conducting clinical trials:

• 6 bed polysomnography diagnostic sleep lab operating up to seven nights per week

• Ability to use a Central IRB
